Brief of the product
Manually, an expert needed time of about 5-7 days to generate a transformer design with specifications. The process involved too many calculations with formulates at various stages of the designing. Being time consuming, it also had a high-level possibility of error.

With slightest of change in the specification, the designing process would need to be redesigned and would be more time consuming.

To address the challenges of the manual transformer designing Trafosys was designed and developed to streamline and automate the designing of transformers.

Trafosys is a SAAS based product which allows to generate Transformerdesign, from anywhere and anytime. The solutions also Generates new on-the-spot designs with incorporates the changes in the specifications and facilitates the Client with various design options to suit the requirement.

Technical Associates, Lucknow

Project : Invoice Management & Cash Collection
Project Duration : 800 Man hours

Issues Addressed: Technical Associates is one of the leading suppliers of transformers from last 30-40 years. The major bottle necks which it was facing were inaccurate data, mismanagement of funds and delay in cash collection cycle. So, they were looking for a system which can align their financials, order management and other cycles which can provide synchronized data throughout the system and assistant in cash collection.

Upon discussion with Technical Associates we came to know that they were dealing with some of the major issues which can be achieved through below listed techniques.

Resolution
After understanding their business process and reviewing their collection cycle we provided the solution in the form of application named as Invoice Management & Cash Collection. The key solution introduced in this application was named as Aging Report which provides them complete monthly cycle & clear view of finances. It allows viewing where the funds are held, for how long and when it will be released. It helped the management to get organized data, alerts, reminders and notification regarding payments details. It also included two major reports- customer reports & collection report which revealed the total invoice amount, due amount, hold amount or pending based on clients, monthly, yearly reports and different collection reports based on financial cycle. The only input required for this application was at the initial stage of entering an order. Once the order is entered, based on the terms & conditions defined the invoice is being generated by the system itself including the timing of expected funds. It helped management in planning and alignment of the capital for the business.

Elysium Pharmaceuticals

Project : Training Compliance Management Software

Objective and definition
Megh Interactive Pvt. Ltd. designed a customized application with an aim to simplify the training process of employees of the Elysium Pharmaceuticals Ltd. company- aiding the HR department.

The software notifies the employees regarding the scheduled training. When the employee attends the training, the trainer updates the details and this input in the software automated the notifications of the next training session to the trainer and trainee. The completed number of the training sessions by the trainee defined the eligibility of the trainee to become the trainer. The reports of the employees also simplified the appraisal process.

GMC (Gujarat Medical Council) Application

Project : Web Registration Portal for Doctors

Objective and definition
Gujarat Medical Council maintains a Register of Doctors and provides registration of Medical Practitioners to Practice in Gujarat.

We have designed and developed a Web Registration Portal for GMC which has made the process from offline to online facilitating the Doctors to book an appointment and pay the registration fees for getting the Registration Certificate. This has reduced the Certification process from 2 months to 1 day and has totally eliminated the long queues in the Office. Simplifying the process by making it convenient and time saving!!

Project : Fund Raising Application

Objective and definition
Shivam Concrete is a member of International Repair Institute, American Concrete Institute and Indian Concrete Institute and one stop solution provider for all rehabilitation needs of structure. They have carried rehabilitation of over 150 bridges for various agencies at various locations.

We driven by the need of the company to avail the funds to various sites promptly, designed and developed an application. The application facilitated the manager on site to go online through the mobile app and request the requisite fund with the details. The authorities could see this request online and approve or disapprove the fund's needs. Things being online speeded the process of approval and availing the fun.

Project : Visitor Gate Pass Management Software

Objective and definition
EWAC Alloys Limited, started as a joint venture of Larsen & Toubro Limited, India & Messer Eutectic Castolin Group, Germany.

We have developed a visitor Gate pass software that manages all the activities at the gate like visitor in/out management and VIP Guest Management along with the picture of visitors. The application has SMS service for one-way or two-way visitor authorization. It also facilitates important reports like - frequently visits, current visitors and it's organizations etc. This way we facilitated EWAC to improve security and vigilance.

Project : Software for Approval System of New IT Requirements

Objective and definition
ARKRAY is a leading Japanese company into clinical testing instruments, reagents and data management systems used for diagnosis, treatment and medical examinations. The products are used in more than 80 countries and have 22 main offices in 12 countries.

We developed SAP IT Help Desk which facilitates an online approval system of any new requirement for changes in the SAP reports and modules. Keeping the details on a single repository, it digitizes the process of Requirement - approval - development - QC - deployment. Major stakeholders of this application are Business, IT, Finance and Top Management.

Application will help in speeds up the decision making and maintains the compliance while keeping the process streamlined.

Project : Business Process Management Application

Objective and definition
Create a Browser based Intranet application to run in Intranet. The company is new and they don't have any Intranet System. Company wants to create custom application which act as Intranet application and Work flow solution. In Intranet there are HR, IT, LC, BG module and the work flow application should have Form Designer, Work flow Designer and MIS on each work flow. With help of this application user can design its own form with drag and drop functionality. The form engine is design to view and save the data filled in this form, which is used when work flow starts for different approval process.

With the help of Work flow designer, user can design its own work flow approval process. In work flow activity, user can select department or employee for submitted document approval.

Once any end user starts any work flow, system will prompt related form and once form submitted, it will add to do record in next approval, as per the work flow design. An email notification will send on each action, work flow starts, approval and once work flow ends.

Report section has all the MIS reports to review the KPI.

Project : Skill Matrix
Project Duration : 2500 – 3000 Man hours

Objective and definition
Create a Browser based application to run in Intranet. This application is developed by Six Sigma department of Linde. They want application to record and analyze Skill competency level of each employee of different department. Initially there are 1600 employees in this system.

Each Department required different skill set, sub skill set and different level of competency. System allows admin to create department, its skill matrix and declare evaluation. Once evaluation declared each department HOD will evaluate and give competency status to each employee. System will give history of previous evaluation comparison and department wise skill set comparison on related Bar or Pie chart for further action. There is a process runs on background once evaluation done. It will identify the Team Lead, Team members in each department based on evaluation criteria set by Admin or Department HOD.

System has many different MIS reports to have GAP analysis for key managerial personnel.

System also have assign training module. HR department will review the GAP from various reports and assign training to related employee or group of employees. Employee will be notified once training assigned and they can also submit feedback on training completion for further action to HR.
